Through music in the liturgy, prayer is given a more graceful expression. One cannot find anything more religious and more joyful in sacred celebrations than a whole congregation expressing its faith and devotion in singing. The mystery of the liturgy with its hierarchical and community nature is more openly shown. The unity of hearts is more profoundly achieved by the union of voices.
All the members extend commitment though their active participation and dedication. They make every effort to reach out with sacred music to draw people of all ages into prayer through the rich and diverse music of the catholic tradition. There is an elevating, stirring, soothing, spiritualizing effect by their thoroughly practiced hymns. It is a great experience for all that the members of Neermarga Choir sing and proclaim their ardent faith and help the faithful in singing and praying. Through their music ministry, they shout joyfully the Lord, serve the Lord with gladness and always come before Him with joyful songs.
